Processing Time
– Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
– Custom or high-volume orders may require up to 3–5 business days; you’ll be notified if there’s any delay.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
– Standard Ground (3–7 business days): $4.99 flat rate or FREE on orders over $75.
– Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99 flat rate.
– Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.
International Shipping
– We ship worldwide! International rates and delivery times vary by destination:

Rest of World (10–21 business days): $19.99 flat rate.
– Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
– Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
– You can track your package via the carrier’s website or in your customer account.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
– Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.
– If a package is returned as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to confirm the address.
– A $8 re-shipment fee applies for address corrections after initial fulfillment.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
– If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
– We’ll work with the carrier to replace or refund your order.
Holiday & Peak-Season Shipping
– During peak times (e.g. Black Friday, end-of-year holidays) processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.
